I made this sauce for the first time and fell in love with it from the first spoonful. Potatoes are the main component of the sauce, giving it velvety, garlic-soy sauce – sharpness and piquancy.
Marinate the fish in any way you like. In this case, a large smelt, lemon juice, fresh rosemary, salt to taste and two hours of time. Cut large fish into pieces.
Fry the fish on the grill.
Peel potatoes previously boiled in a uniform. Peel the garlic.
In a blender, chop garlic with potatoes, gradually adding vegetable oil, lemon juice.
Pour in the soy sauce.
The sauce should not be too thick, if necessary, add more lemon juice or oil if desired.
