Vegetable oil
Instructions
Cut the baked potatoes into slices-put them in a salad bowl, sprinkle with your favorite seasonings, I have a Provencal mixture.
Finely chop the tomatoes and onions.
Use soft cheese.
Put the onion and tomatoes on the potatoes.
Put the cheese to taste and sprinkle with basil. Pour vegetable oil over it. The salad is ready!
