Instructions
  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking chopped baked pork. Wash the meat and dry it very well with a paper towel.
  2. Put the lecho in a bowl and whisk with a blender until smooth.
  3. Rub the mass through a fine sieve.
  4. Now we will cook our chopped pork. To do this, we will need a special syringe, if you don’t have one, buy it, you won’t regret it. We fill the syringe with the resulting mass and sprinkle our meat. If your piece is not thick, do it along the piece. If thick, then from top to bottom.
  5. Put the pork in a bowl, brush with the remaining pepper mass, season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for one day.
  6. Take a large piece of foil and brush with oil. Lay out the pork and pour over the remaining sauce.
  7. Wrap the meat tightly in foil and put it in a baking dish. Pour a little water into the mold so that the meat does not burn immediately.
  8. Bake our pork for one hour, until cooked at 180 degrees. Remove and let the meat stand for 10 minutes so that the meat remains juicy.
  9. This pork can be served hot with any side dish or cold as a snack. Enjoy your meal.
