Instructions
In a bowl, mix the minced chicken, egg white and cottage cheese.
Add the bread soaked in water and pressed, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Form cutlets with wet hands. Spread on a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry on low heat under the lid until cooked on both sides.
Very tasty with a side dish of potatoes or buckwheat, your choice.
