Instructions
Soak the chickpeas overnight. Drain the water, pour in a new one and cook for 1 hour.
Cut the pumpkin into cubes.
Chop the onion.
Fry the pumpkin and onion until golden brown.
Add chickpeas, tomatoes, spices and water. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
