  1. We will need pumpkin puree, for this it is best to bake the pumpkin in the oven, then punch the pulp with a blender. For pumpkin, it is better to use nutmeg or other varieties, but sweet in taste. Pumpkin puree can be frozen, and at the right moment it will always be at hand. Or peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces and boil until tender, grind with a blender in puree.
  2. Everything is being prepared very simply. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients for the dough: flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder.
  3. In another cup, mix egg, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil.
  4. Mix the liquid and dry ingredients, mix well so that the dough looks like thick sour cream.
  5. For the streusel, mix flour, sugar, cold butter, grate, grind into crumbs with your hands or fork.
  6. Put the dough into 1/3-high paper molds, sprinkle with flour crumbs. Bake in a well-preheated 180* oven for 35-40 minutes, taking into account the characteristics of your oven.
