  1. We will prepare the products. For making porridge I will use rice.
  2. We measure the required amount of rice. We wash it with water.
  3. In a saucepan, put the rice and sliced pumpkin (you can take a frozen pumpkin, as in my case). Add salt and sugar.
  4. We put the pan on the fire. Bring the contents to a boil. Then reduce the heat to a minimum and cook the porridge, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat, close the lid tightly and leave for 5 minutes.
  5. Canned peaches cut into slices.
  6. We spread the porridge on plates. Add the chopped peaches. Serve, garnished with mint. Bon Appetit!
