Ribs with Vegetables Recipe
Very tasty dish! Very simple to prepare.

  1. Cut the ribs in portions and fry until browned. Transfer to a plate. Chop the onion, potatoes, eggplant and mushrooms. Transfer to a saucepan, where the ribs were fried (or in other heat-resistant dishes). Salt and pepper.
  2. Put the meat on the vegetables, salt and pepper. Cover with foil. Bake at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours under foil and 30 minutes without foil.
