Cut the duck breast into thin strips, removing the skin.
Cut the bell pepper into strips.
Finely chop the canned mushrooms.
Pour vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) into the pan, add chopped duck meat, simmer duck meat for about 20-30 minutes, then add chopped bell pepper, add chopped mushrooms. Simmer the mixture over low heat until the duck breast is soft and ready. At the end, add sesame seeds (1 tablespoon).
