  1. Cut the duck breast into thin strips, removing the skin. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Finely chop the canned mushrooms. Pour vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) into the pan, add chopped duck meat, simmer duck meat for about 20-30 minutes, then add chopped bell pepper, add chopped mushrooms. Simmer the mixture over low heat until the duck breast is soft and ready. At the end, add sesame seeds (1 tablespoon).
  2. In a bowl of water, soak each subsequent sheet of rice paper.
  3. Place the prepared duck meat filling in the middle of a sheet of rice paper.
  4. To form envelopes. In a bowl, break 2 eggs, add salt and 1 teaspoon of flour. Whisk the mixture. Moisten the envelopes with the prepared dough.
  5. Fry rice envelopes with duck meat in vegetable oil until a beautiful golden crust.
  6. Place the finished envelopes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  7. Place the envelopes on a platter and garnish with fresh vegetables to taste. Enjoy your meal!
