  1. Pour a liter of water into a saucepan and put it on the stove over a large fire. Wait until the water boils. As soon as the water boils, add salt to it and, after rinsing a glass of rice under cold water, add the rice to boiling and salted water. Wait until the rice is cooked, about 20 minutes.
  2. As soon as the rice is ready to taste, we transfer the rice to a separate container for a while, and drain the excess water.
  3. For this step we will need a frying pan. Put it on the stove, turn the fire on medium power. And we put our butter in a frying pan so that it melts.
  4. Add the tomato paste to the butter.
  5. Mix the oil with the tomato paste until smooth.
  6. Cut the tomato into small cubes and add to the pan.
  7. We return to our rice, take our ready-made rice and mix it with our ready-made sauce (which is in the pan).
  8. We take a piece of cheese and grate it on a fine grater, add it to our rice and mix thoroughly.
