  1. Cut the Turkey into small pieces and beat well.
  2. Smear the chipped pieces with garlic squeezed through a press and marinate in soy sauce for 20 minutes.
  3. Pre-defrost the puff pastry and roll it out as thinly as possible.
  4. Brush with ricotta.
  5. Spread the carrots on top, grated on a fine grater.
  6. Arrange the Turkey pieces.
  7. Then spread out the chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
  8. Tightly rolled into a roll.
  9. From the roll to form a circle, make notches with a wooden stick (optional).
  10. Brush the roll with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and flax seeds. Cook in the oven, preheated to 180 gr., 30-35 minutes.
  11. Take the finished roll-pie out of the oven, wrap it in foil and take it with you on a picnic.
