  1. Beat off the poultry fillet, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Brush with mustard (the one you like).
  3. For pancakes, lightly beat the eggs, add salt, mix with finely chopped herbs and bake in a greased frying pan. I even greased the pancake mold with a non-stick coating, because the pancakes turn out very tender, I was afraid to break when turning over, but everything worked out. The diameter of the pan is about 26-27 cm . It turned out two pancakes. Cut them into three slices.
  4. Place the pancakes on the prepared fillet, roll into a roll. If necessary, fasten with skewers and put in a greased mold. Brush the top with mayonnaise and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 * C.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry, divide it into the desired number of rectangles and wrap the slightly cooled rolls in them. Spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Continue baking at the same temperature until golden brown.
