  1. Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Chop the Peking cabbage.
  2. Sweet pepper cut into strips.
  3. Add the corn (pre-drain the liquid from the jar).
  4. Grate fresh pumpkin on a grater (use a grater to cook carrots in Korean).
  5. Finely chop the dill and parsley. Add to the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. For dressing: mix sour cream and mustard with cereals, mix thoroughly.
  7. Add the dressing to the salad, mix gently and serve.
