  1. Chop the chicken, marinate it in a mixture of mustard, soy sauce, salt and curry. Fry the chicken in a frying pan WITHOUT OIL and add a little yogurt at the end. Stir and immediately remove from the stove.
  2. Finely chop the tomato, cucumber. Put everything in a salad bowl, the chicken in the same place.
  3. For the sauce: chop onion, pepper and yogurt in a blender. Pour the resulting mixture over the salad, sprinkle with garlic powder and sesame seeds.
