Chicken in jelly is a delicious snack that is perfect for a festive feast. It is prepared simply from the available ingredients. The main ingredients are chicken, carrots, and eggs. To give a colorful festive look, you can add peas or corn and decorate with parsley and fresh cucumber.
Cover the chicken Breasts with water, bring to a boil, remove the scale, add the whole peeled carrots and peas of pepper, salt to taste and cook over low heat until tender.
Remove the Breasts from the broth, cool, separate the flesh from the bones and skin, and cut into small pieces. Strain the broth.
Cover the gelatin with 1/2 Cup cold water, leave for 30 min for swelling.
Then dissolve the gelatin in hot chicken broth (3-4 cups), strain.
