Salad “Fried” Recipe
I want to offer a delicious and bright salad with Peking cabbage, mushrooms and bell peppers, which is perfect for both meat and fish.

  1. Peking cabbage cut into quarters, I prefer large, so I buy a large cabbage. Place on a large plate or bowl.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, water, chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Pour our cabbage and leave for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the pan and fry on each side for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Place on a serving dish.
  5. Cut the peppers into strips and fry in a small amount of olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste. Put on top of the Peking cabbage.
  6. Cut the mushrooms and also fry in a small amount of olive oil and soy sauce. Spread the bell pepper on top.
  7. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and fry them quickly. You can add a little salt. Spread on our dish.
  8. Wash a few sprigs of dill and finely cut. Sprinkle the salad on top
