  1. Squeeze the sauerkraut from the excess juice and put it in a bowl. Peel the radish and grate it on a coarse grater. We send it to a bowl with cabbage.
  2. Cut the onion into cubes and send it to our bowl.
  3. Finely chop the potatoes, pour them into a bowl. Pepper to your liking. Add sugar and mix with sunflower oil. Mix well. Decorate as desired, I have a lingonberry.
