  1. Cut the apples into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil, lightly salted and peppered, 3-4 minutes. peel 3/4 grapefruit, get rid of the films, cut the pulp into small pieces. Cut the avocado into slices, pour lemon juice, leave for 5 minutes. Radish cut into slices, chop for salad.
  2. For refueling. Squeeze the juice from the remaining grapefruit, mix it with the zest (1 tsp), 2 tbsp vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and season.
