  1. Chop the cabbage and mash it with salt and sugar. If you take the white one, then try to take the cabbage juicier.
  2. Add the chopped celery stalks to the cabbage.
  3. Finely chop the cucumber and put it in a bowl.
  4. Add the apple cut into strips to the salad. Sprinkle the apple with lemon juice.
  5. And green peas.
  6. You also need to add chopped greens to the salad, but I didn’t have fresh ones, so I put a spoonful of parsley seasoning.
  7. If desired, add a mixture of peppers to the salad, mix, season to taste with olive or sunflower oil and serve to the table.
