  1. Eggs, carrots (I have boiled) and cucumber cut into strips (or cubes). If you have raw carrots, grate them on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
  2. Finely chop the green onion. Grate the apple on a coarse grater (I did without it).
  3. Add seaweed, green peas.
  4. Mix all the ingredients. Add ground pepper and salt to taste.
  5. Season with mayonnaise or sour cream (who will get what).
