If cucumbers accidentally got into your refrigerator and got an unsightly appearance (slightly yellowed or wrinkled), fry them, and you will get a great salad.
Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into cubes and add salt. Postpone.
Cut the carrots into thin strips.
Lightly squeeze the cucumbers and fry in preheated vegetable oil for a few minutes. Squeeze a clove of garlic through a press and fry for a few more minutes.
Mix carrots and cucumbers. Pour soy sauce, vinegar, add pepper, ground coriander and mix well. Let stand for 10 minutes.
