The sun is shining brightly outside the window, the mood is asking for spring! And I decided to surprise my family with a spring mood and cook a delicious salad in a spring decoration.

  1. Boil the liver, vegetables and eggs, peel and cool. Chop the onion and fry until golden brown in oil. We begin to collect the salad. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater in a bowl and brush with mayonnaise.
  2. Sprinkle with green onions.
  3. Rub the boiled liver on a coarse grater on top, pepper and smear with mayonnaise.
  4. Sprinkle fried onions on top.
  5. Next, grate the apple on a grater and smear with mayonnaise.
  6. Put three carrots on top and smear with mayonnaise.
  7. From egg whites with a cap-handle, we cut out the circles-petals of the future flower and rub the whites and yolks separately, spread them separately on each half of the salad. From the bread crust we spread twigs, from slices of protein – flowers, decorate their middle with yolks.
  8. On the protein half of the salad, make twigs and lay out the cherries, decorate all the twigs with small basil leaves. Our spring salad is ready!
