I want to offer a very tasty and very simple salad recipe. Initially, the food was planned in the leaves of red cabbage, but, unfortunately, I did not find it. Replaced the usual white color.

  1. Separate 4 leaves from the cabbage and pour boiling water over them.
  2. Slice the celery and radish.
  3. Slice the avocado and tomato.
  4. Despite the fact that my recipe states that you will need 5 tablespoons of boiled beans, I soaked and boiled with a pressure cooker (the program “beans” 40 minutes) the whole package of beans. I put the beans in portions in bags and sent them to the freezer, as needed, I will take it out and use it. Very convenient.
  5. Mix everything in a salad bowl, season with olive oil and lemon juice.
  6. Serve the salad, put a lettuce leaf on a cabbage leaf, and the salad itself on a lettuce leaf))) Sprinkle with chopped dill.
