A hearty, simple salad, similar in taste to the well-known “Olivier”. Only in this salad cucumbers – fresh and dressing – with mustard in French for piquancy!

teaspoons
Mustard (Dijon)
Salt

to taste
Instructions
Boil potatoes, cut into cubes.
Also slice the ham.
And cucumbers. Mix the chopped ingredients in a bowl.
Add the green peas (pre-drain the liquid from the jar), finely chopped dill and parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add sour cream + mayonnaise and mustard with grains. Mix thoroughly and serve.
