I offer you a light vegetable salad – an appetizer of tomatoes and radishes, which is ideal for meat dishes. In addition, it is not long and easy to cook it!   1. Tomatoes and radishes are the main ingredients of the salad. It is good to wash it.
  2. Radish cut into 4 pieces, finely in half.
  3. Cut tomatoes into 6 or 8 pieces. Finely chop the garlic.
  4. Cut the greens not very finely. Mix sugar, salt, oil and vinegar (the amount can be varied according to your taste).
  5. Mix thoroughly in the container.
  6. Put the salad in a jar. Close the lid. Put it in the refrigerator upside down. After 30 minutes, turn the jar over. After another half hour, the salad is ready to eat.
  7. If the salad is prepared in advance and allowed to infuse for 2-3 hours, it will become more saturated. Optionally, if you like spicy, you can add chili. When serving, sprinkle with allspice or black pepper. Try this! Enjoy your meal!
