These juicy, spicy and full of flavors kebabs, will not leave you indifferent, kebab on Persian "roast meat" - Arabic dish, oblong cutlet, fried on a skewer. I decided to cook not quite a traditional kebab, as used soy sauce, turned out great kebabs.

Then, divide the minced meat into three parts with a spatula, separate 1/3 of the minced meat and fry a little. Connect with 2/3 parts of raw minced meat, mix well, form a thick sausage of minced meat with a diameter of 3-4 cm and a length of 5-6 cm. Put them on wooden skewers.
Put on paper and grease with sauce, put in oven: 200 degrees-20 min .
Then after 15 minutes, remove and brush with sauce again. Put in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Yeast dissolve in warm water, add sugar, salt, oil. Sift the flour and (gradually adding) knead the dough, it should be smooth. Put the dough in a container and cover with cling film, pressing it to the dough. Leave on for 30-40 minutes. The finished dough divided into pieces, formed into balls and roll out flat cakes in the thickness 1,5 - 2 see Cakes lay on a greased baking sheet and leave to rise... after put the cooked rice.
