Add chopped onion, spices and salt to taste, and egg to the minced meat.
Mix very well with your hands, until the minced meat is thick.
Often wetting your hands in cold water, distribute the minced meat on skewers with a thick sausage.
Cut the buns in half lengthwise and fry on a grate over the coals.
Cut the onion into thin half-rings and put it in a container with a lid.
Add salt to taste, syrup and vinegar. Close the lid and shake well.
Kebabs fry on moderately hot coals until tender, 10 minutes, do not over-dry! You can cook at home in the oven at 200 degrees.
I cooked on a grate over coals to get nice stripes.
Remove the finished kebabs from the skewers.
Put lettuce leaves on a crispy bun, then half a kebab (if you take baguettes of suitable length, you can put a whole kebab), then pickled onions.
Serve with or without sauce, at your discretion. And so and so delicious!
