Instructions
Boil the rice (rinse the rice thoroughly and fill it with water: for 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of water., put on fire and cook for 10-15 minutes).
Cut the trout into small pieces.
Boil the eggs and chop them.
Then chop the greens and mix with the rice.
Put all the ingredients on a plate in layers in the following order: eggs, trout, rice with herbs. Layers are laid out twice. Pour mayonnaise on top.
