Unusual salad with avocado and pear with nut and garlic sauce. I admit that I’m a little afraid of unusual combinations of products. But in this salad all components so harmoniously and, I will not be afraid of this word, are ideally combined among themselves, forming a fresh, easy and interesting dish!
Grate the avocado on a large grater and sprinkle with lemon juice.
On a large grater to grate also a pear.
Grind the nuts into flour in a coffee grinder.
Garlic grate on a fine grater and add to the nuts, sprinkle with salt. To nut-garlic mixture gradually add water (room temperature), stirring continuously.
On a plate put the first layer of bell pepper, sprinkle with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt. Then put the avocado on top. The next layers are pear and cheese. Top pour the walnut and garlic sauce.
