Instructions
Strain the olives. Since there was a small jar of olives, I took half as much food.
Strain and rinse the beans.
Fry the walnuts and chop them.
Cut the onion into half rings. Add sugar, apple cider vinegar and 100 ml of water. leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Drain the water.
Mix the beans, olives, nuts and onions. Season with salt and olive oil, add chopped garlic and chopped parsley. Mix it.
Place on a plate and garnish with parsley.
