  1. Boil the beans until tender. To do this, it is better to soak dry beans for 5-6 hours and boil in unsalted water. It is not forbidden to take canned beans from a jar.
  2. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry everything together until golden brown. Cool.
  3. Cut the onion into thin half rings and sprinkle with lemon juice. I have a sweet salad onion, if you have a bitter onion, it’s better to rinse it with cold water.
  4. Put the boiled beans in a salad bowl. Add the fried vegetables.
  5. Cut the pickles and boiled eggs into cubes and put them in a salad bowl.
  6. Put the onion in the salad and mix everything, pepper and salt to taste. Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. By the way, this salad can be seasoned with mayonnaise. It will also be very tasty.
