A hearty, bright salad with beetroot, cheese and boiled meat with sour cream and mustard dressing with grains! A very simple salad.

  1. Boil the meat and cut it into small cubes.
  2. Also slice the cheese.
  3. Add the green peas (pre-drain the liquid from the jar).
  4. Chop the green onion and parsley.
  5. Peel the pre-boiled beets and cut into small cubes. Mix all the salad ingredients in a convenient mixing bowl, season with black pepper and salt to taste.
  6. For dressing, mix sour cream and mustard with grains. Season the salad, mix gently and serve.
