  1. Cut the potatoes into strips.
  2. Boil the beets. Cut into cubes. Add a little vegetable oil, mix.
  3. Chop and fry the mushrooms.
  4. Fry the potatoes with paprika until tender.
  5. For dressing, mix vegetable oil, soy sauce and mustard. I have French mustard.
  6. Cut the onion into feathers. Put lettuce leaves on a plate. If desired, you can just tear them up. Then mix the beets, mushrooms, potatoes and onions. Pour the dressing over everything.
