Another version of the summer salad. I want to note that the combination turned out to be quite interesting and delicious. Broccoli, eggplant and onion are perfectly combined in one salad.

  1. Peel the eggplant and cut into cubes.
  2. Fry the eggplants in olive oil until soft.
  3. Boil the broccoli until soft and cool.
  4. Cut the tomato into cubes and combine with the broccoli.
  5. Cut the onion into half rings. I poured boiling water over the onion to remove the sting.
  6. Add the onion to the salad.
  7. Add the eggplant.
  8. Add soy sauce and a little olive oil. Add the chopped garlic. Mix it. Fresh summer salad is ready!
