Salad with Champignons and Chicken Recipe
A tender and juicy salad, which is not a shame to serve to any table. It is healthy and not very high in calories, with a light yogurt-based dressing.

  1. Disassemble the chicken fillet into fibers (or just cut it as you like).
  2. Cut the cucumbers into strips.
  3. Chop the eggs with a knife.
  4. Add green peas and mushrooms. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, chop the greens, leave about half for decoration, put the rest in a salad.
  5. Mix yogurt, mustard (you can replace the usual one, but then take less, add a little and try it!), soy sauce and lemon juice (or vinegar).
  6. We fill the salad.
  7. When serving, sprinkle with cheese and garnish with herbs.
