Instructions
Cut the mushrooms and fry them in vegetable oil in a hot frying pan. After the liquid has evaporated, add the onion, then fry everything until tender.
Cut the carrots in Korean so that they are not so long. Cut the cucumbers into strips.
Boil chicken liver, cut into strips.
For dressing, mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, lemon juice and garlic, add black pepper to taste.
Put all the ingredients of the salad in a bowl and pour over the dressing.
Mix everything together, the salad is ready. The salad turns out very tasty!
