Carrots wash, peel, grate on a “Korean” grater.
Season with salt, add vinegar, a little sugar and black pepper.
Stir, lightly rubbing. Set aside.
Hard-boiled eggs.
Mix the rice with the oil from the liver,
put it on a serving dish, adding herbs.
Put the carrots and pieces of cod liver on the rice.
Then beads or pieces of Feta
Add the pieces of eggs.
Season with mayonnaise, mustard and herbs.
Serve to the table.
