Wash the carrots, peel them, and grate them on a Korean grater.
Add salt, vinegar, a little sugar and black pepper.
Mix, lightly rubbing. Set aside.
Cook hard-boiled eggs.
Mix the rice with the oil from the liver,
put it on a serving dish, adding herbs.
Put the carrots and pieces of cod liver on the rice.
Then balls or pieces of fetaki.
Add the egg pieces.
Season with mayonnaise, mustard and herbs.
Serve to the table.
