Instructions
The most painstaking work when preparing a green bean salad is slicing green beans. If the beans are very long, cut them into 3 pieces.
Boil the beans for 20-30 minutes. The beans should be soft.
Drain and cool. The beans are ready. Season the salad with olive oil, lemon juice and salt to taste. Very, very tasty, nutritious and healthy!
