Salad with Green Bean Recipe
Quick and easy salad. Very loved and popular in Chile.

  1. The most painstaking work when preparing a green bean salad is slicing green beans. If the beans are very long, cut them into 3 pieces.
  2. Boil the beans for 20-30 minutes. The beans should be soft.
  3. Drain and cool. The beans are ready. Season the salad with olive oil, lemon juice and salt to taste. Very, very tasty, nutritious and healthy!
