Salad with Ham and Horseradish Recipe
A festive version of the salad with Turkey ham, fresh cucumber, potatoes, carrots with horseradish with cream and mayonnaise. I will make a tender and hearty salad today in the new year’s decor.

  1. Prepare food for a salad. Potatoes and carrots should be cooked in the “uniform”. Hard – boiled eggs. Peel potatoes and carrots.
  2. Lettuce is collected in layers. I will make a salad in the new year’s decor-in the form of a wreath. I took the dish -24 cm. In the center placed a glass, the bottom of which is D -7 cm. Smeared the outer walls of the glass with sunflower oil to a height of ~ 7 cm. This will make it easier to remove the glass from the collected salad. Cut off a couple of rings from carrots for decoration. Potatoes and carrots grated on a medium grater. Separated the yolks from the whites. The whites are finely chopped, and the yolks are grated on a fine grater. Ham and cucumber cut into very small cubes. Collecting salad. 1 layer-potatoes + horseradish with cream. Horseradish I took 4 h l (1 h l for each quarter of the circle). Take horseradish to taste. 2 layer-ham + mayonnaise 3 layer-carrot + mayonnaise 4 layer-protein + mayonnaise 5 layer-cucumber + mayonnaise 6 layer-yolk Carefully remove the glass.
  3. Decorate the wreath. I will use thick sprigs of dill. Using kitchen scissors, I will cut figures out of cheese, tomatoes, and carrots. I’ll put them nicely. I’ll add olives to the decor. Decorate the wreath to your liking, I gave you an idea.
