Vegetables and eggs are pre-boiled, cooled and cleaned. Cut potatoes and carrots into small cubes,
and a fifth of ham. Lettuce is enough for 16 envelopes. Ham is better to take cut into thin plates.
Mix all the finely chopped ingredients, put the green peas, add mayonnaise and season with salt to taste. We still mix once more, so that the mass becomes almost uniform.
The ham that remains, cut into small slices and wrap them so that they turn out beautiful, neat envelopes. I secured the envelopes with a ring of onions, wrapped them in a lettuce leaf, and tied each envelope with a sprig of dill.
Envelopes are filled with the resulting salad, spread on a dish and decorate
