  1. Boil the rice, rinse, and cool.
  2. Fry the mussels over high heat in oil until golden brown, add half of the finely chopped onion and salt to taste.
  3. Add mussels and half of finely chopped onion to the rice.
  4. Add diced bell pepper, diced pear.
  5. Add ground pepper, salt and season with sour cream (not too much so that nothing leaks out); I love salads with sour cream, of course you can use mayonnaise.
  6. Arrange the salad on serving plates using the spherical shape of any dish (to tightly packed salad well out of shape, lubricate the mold with a small amount of oil).
  7. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle a part of a flat plate of a suitable diameter (a plate with a small amount of butter).; Melt the cheese in the microwave at full power for 60-80 seconds; As soon as the cheese cools down to a warm state, carefully remove it from the plate, helping with a sharp knife; Put the cheese cobweb on the salad and give the same spherical shape on top, cut off the protruding parts of the cheese; Similarly, prepare the remaining portions of the salad.
  8. Serve, garnished with pears, mussels, herbs or something else, I decorated with hot pickled pepper; Enjoy your meal!
