Onions (1 PC.), carrots (1 PC.) chop using a food processor.
Then chop into strips Peking cabbage (250 gr.)
The food processor did a great job with these two operations.
Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan, add chopped carrots and onions. Pass the onions and carrots until light Golden brown, then add 1/2 Cup of water and add to the onions and carrots shredded Peking cabbage, mix with salt and pepper to taste. The cabbage gently stew.
Cut the cod into fillets without skin and bones. Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan, and pan the cod pieces in a mixture of flour and salt. Fry the cod fillet until tender.
In a baking dish, put the fried cod fillet, put the fried vegetables (onions, carrots, Peking cabbage) on the fillet, add the chopped cherry tomatoes on top. Grate the cheese on a grater, sprinkle the fish and vegetables with grated cheese. Send the form to the preheated oven, brown the dish on the grill.
Serve the cod in portions, sprinkled with fresh herbs.Bon appetit!
