Instructions
  1. Boil rice, wash, cool.
  2. Mussels fry on high heat in oil until brown add half of chopped onion and salt to taste.
  3. To the rice add the mussels, half of chopped onion.
  4. Add bell pepper, cut into diced, pear – cut into diced.
  5. Add ground pepper, salt and season with sour cream (not much to nothing leaked); I love salads with sour cream, can be of course use mayonnaise.
  6. Spread the salad on portioned plates using a spherical shape of any dish (to tightly-imposed salad well out of shape, grease the shape with a little oil).
  7. Cheese grate on a fine grater and sprinkle part of a flat plate of suitable diameter (a plate of a little oil); Melt the cheese in the microwave at full power for 60-80 seconds; Once the cheese has cooled to a warm state, gently remove it from the plate, helping with a sharp knife; Put the cheese spider web on the salad and press on top of the same spherical shape, the protruding parts of the cheese cut; Similarly, prepare the remaining portions of the salad.
  8. Serve, decorated with pears, mussels, herbs or something else, I decorated with spicy pickled pepper; Bon appetit!
