Instructions
Cut the avocado, pepper and meat into small cubes. Sprinkle the avocado with freshly squeezed lemon juice so that it does not darken.
Mix the chopped products for the filling. For dressing, mix sour cream with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Spread the pita bread (or tortilla) with sour cream sauce.
Put lettuce leaves on top.
Put the dressing in the middle.
Roll up the pita bread in the form of an envelope.
