An amazing combination of flavors – sweet pepper, sugar and mustard. There is a similar recipe on the website, the sauce is made from the same ingredients, but the taste of salads is completely different!
Eggs are fried like pancakes – I get 2 pancakes from 3 eggs so that the thickness is optimal. And also cut into strips.
The main thing is the sauce. If the mustard is very spicy, then put less. And if it’s Bavarian, sweet – you can have 2 tbsp. l.
Salt, black pepper and herbs – to taste, squeeze out garlic or finely chop. I just didn’t have it this time, I used dry garlic.
Mix all the ingredients, it is better to pour the finished sauce into portions.
