Instructions
  1. Finely chop the onion and grate the celery on a coarse grater. Fry them together in a frying pan.
  2. Boil the rice in salted water, drain and cool.
  3. Fry the chicken fillet in a frying pan without oil, wrapping the pieces of meat in frying sheets.
  4. Grate the apple on a coarse grater.
  5. Fried fillet cut into cubes.
  6. Hard-boiled egg and finely chop.
  7. Add green peas to the salad.
  8. Season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix it.
