  1. Defrost the seafood, drain the liquid and fry for 1 minute in olive oil, season with pepper to taste. It is better to salt after the mayonnaise, so as not to over-salt.
  2. Cut the parmesan into rather large slices.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cook arugula.
  4. Add mayonnaise to the salad, mix well. If necessary, add salt. Leave a few clean (without mayonnaise) tomatoes, arugula and parmesan for serving, put mayonnaise on top of the salad, so the salad will have a beautiful and appetizing appearance.
