  2. Tear the lettuce leaves into pieces with your hands and put them on a plate.
  3. Cut the onion into thin rings. Chop the garlic. Grate the zest from the orange on a grater. Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
  4. Add the peeled orange slices to the lettuce leaves.
  5. Peel the shrimp. Prepare the dressing: mix the oil, vinegar, zest, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Pour the dressing into a bowl with shrimp and mix well.
  6. Add cucumber and shrimp to lettuce leaves and oranges. Sprinkle the salad on top with a few drops of oil.
