  1. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Prepare a marinade of wine, soy sauce and starch. Fill the meat with marinade, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into small slices. Mushrooms can be taken frozen, but a little more.
  3. Fry the mushrooms until Golden.
